In-Store Pickup Only

We don't deliver. All purchases are collected from our Glen Iris store.

Exchanges & Returns

Change your mind at the counter? We'll swap it on the spot. Faulty products accepted anytime with proof of purchase.

18+ Only

You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol in Australia. ID required at point of sale.

How We Sell

In-Store Pickup Only

Dynasty Fine Wines operates exclusively as a physical retail store. We do not offer online ordering, home delivery, or freight shipping. All purchases must be collected in person from our store.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your rights under the ACL cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or defective (e.g. a corked wine, broken seal, or leaking bottle)
  • The product is not of acceptable quality as defined under the ACL
  • The product does not match its description as displayed in store
  • You change your mind — provided the exchange happens immediately at the time of purchase, before you leave the store

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after leaving the store — once a bottle has left our premises we cannot verify its storage conditions
  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless faulty)
  • Products that may have been exposed to heat, sunlight, or improper storage after purchase
Why we enforce this strictly: Wine is sensitive to heat, light, and movement. Once a bottle leaves our care we cannot guarantee it has been stored correctly. Reselling a bottle that has unknowingly been damaged could harm a customer's experience and unfairly damage the winemaker's reputation — something we take seriously.
In-store exchanges: Changed your mind at the counter? No problem — we're happy to swap it for something else on the spot, before you leave. Just let our team know.

Responsible Service

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Dynasty Fine Wines is committed to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). We comply with all requirements under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC) and associated regulations.

We will always:

  • ·Check ID for any person who appears under 25
  • ·Refuse service to intoxicated persons
  • ·Refuse service to minors
  • ·Promote low and non-alcoholic alternatives

We will never:

  • ·Sell to a person under 18 years of age
  • ·Serve a person who is visibly intoxicated
  • ·Allow bulk purchasing that encourages rapid consumption
  • ·Promote alcohol in an irresponsible manner

Age Verification

You Must Be 18+

It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years in Victoria. Proof of age will be requested.

Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Australian driver's licence or learner permit
  • Australian passport
  • Keypass or equivalent government-issued photo ID card
  • International passport with visa (if applicable)

Our staff are authorised to refuse service if satisfactory ID cannot be provided. This decision is final and non-negotiable.

Licensing

Liquor Licence

Dynasty Fine Wines holds a valid Packaged Liquor Licence issued under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC). The licence permits the retail sale of packaged liquor for consumption off the premises.

Trading hours are subject to our liquor licence conditions. Sales of alcohol are only permitted during our licensed trading hours displayed in-store and on our contact page.

Your Data

Privacy

Any personal information you provide (such as via our contact form or newsletter signup) is used solely to respond to your enquiry or send you communications you have opted into. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@dynastywines.com.au.

We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
